Basic Bareboat Charter

If you are chartering a bareboat, our basic mix provides all you will need for breakfast lunch and snacks while you are on board.

Breakfast combines some hearty meals … eggs, bacon, French toast, with some days of lighter-style … Granola, fruit, yogurt and croissants.   Breakfast juice, coffee, tea, and long-life milk are included.              

An easy to prepare lunch menu allows you to maximize your vacation time and minimize your galley time: cold cuts, cheeses, a roast chicken, salads, and a day of burgers … veggie if you prefer, and assorted popular snacks to munch on like chips, dips, salsa, fruit, and cookies.  

Our traditional basic bareboat charter is packed on a per person, per day basis providing fewer leftovers and less waste. We make reasonable substitutions free, and other items can be added at additional cost.

Our volume allows us to buy wholesale and re-pack to your exact requirements, providing the best possible value.  We buy the best available fresh produce and ripe fruit the day of delivery, and always throw in a few extras.

Basic Suggested Menu

To both the Basic Bareboat package and the Deluxe package, we add a paper and cleaning product hamper which includes toilet tissue, facial tissue, mosquito repellent, bath soap, dish soap, a scrub sponge, paper towels, trash bags and baggies. Charcoal is included with the Deluxe package.

Deluxe Bareboat Charter

Our traditional basic package, plus three or more 3-course dinners. Choose from NY strip steak, shrimp, pork tenderloin, fish, Italian specialties and more.

For Deluxe Bareboat Charters, most dinner proteins are fresh custom cut and frozen a day or two before for the longest life under limited refrigeration.  All dinner meals include the ingredients needed for entree, starch, vegetable or salad, and dessert.  Dinner proteins other than those listed, specialty items, and custom desserts are available at market price. 

Dinner Menu Suggestions

Dessert is selected from commercial chilled or frozen items that are easily recognizable to most families, Pepperidge Farm, Hershey, Sarah Lee, and all are easily served to limit your time in the galley.
