Custom Provisioning Service for Yachts and Villas

We take your shopping list and buy exactly what you want. For this service we charge 18 % percent of the total retail receipts, and a $50 delivery charge. There is an additional $25 delivery charge for more than 10 total cases. This service is payable upon delivery, by personal check, cash or traveler's checks only. We do not accept credit cards.

Please keep in mind that on St. Thomas, all things are available some of the time, and some things are available all of the time, almost everything is "im-pah-ted", except for the natural beauty and hospitality, of course.

Retail prices average 35-40% higher than in the states, more near marinas.

Custom Select Provisioning

This is a combination of our traditional package and our custom service.  We take your shopping list, and, in a few days, send you an estimate based on wholesale prices of items we inventory, and average retail prices of items we do not.  This service is pre-payable and your provisions are stowed for your arrival.

Beverages

Coffee, tea, long-life milk, and breakfast juice are included in the Basic Bareboat Charter Package.  Some charter companies have their own beverage service. For those who do not, we provide all popular brands of bottled water, beer, and soft drinks, so you need only list your favorites when ordering from Fine Food Afloat.

For liquors, our house brands are in the Stoli, Jack Daniels, Dewars range.  House rum is 5-year-old Cruzan Dark.  All call liquors are available.

Most wines, domestic and imported are available, from fresh Amoroso to Old Vine Zinfandel.  If a certain wine or vintage is not available, we will advise with alternative suggestions.  If you do not have a label preference, we provide the best value on the higher end of the scale.
